Is there a way to send an MTP 850 Radio an SDS message over the internet

We want to send an SDS message from the internet (programatically) to an MTP850 radio. Is there any existing way to do that?

Some options we considered are:
1) Email / SMTP - We email the SDS message and some system forwards the email body to the Radio via SDS.
2) Provide some kind of web service that would talk to the Tetra Control Center to dispatch the SDS to the Radio.

Does Motorola provide some of the shelf solution that network partners would have access to in order to solve this?
