MotoTrbo CPS Flashzap Driver and MotoTrbo Radio Driver windows 8.1 to windows 10

I have a Motorola XPR 4550. I just got my laptop upgraded from windows 8.1 to windows 10, and now when I plug the usb cable in and then go to Read or write to the radio it comes up with an error telling me the cable is not detected or something like that. And the error code I get is: 1687. So I am just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and what I need to do to fix it and get my laptop to detect the cable when I go to read or write to the radio.
